It comes one per package, includes five blades, three 40W candelabra base incandescent bulbs, and one 4IN downrod. This fan is primarily controlled by a pull chain with 3-speeds forward and reverse. Optional controls are available for ease of operation if higher ceilings are an issue, or if you just desire the convenience (not included). In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18IN from the wall to provide sufficient clearance for the blades; and the fan blades must be a minimum of 7FT above the floor for safety.
